摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a signal pass characteristic for two signal transmission system equal to each other by configuring a diversity switch with two single-pole double-throw switches and arranging the two signal systems in axial symmetry with respect to a prescribed line passing through a common terminal of the t' single-pole double-throw switches. SOLUTION: A diversity switch is a switch of a FET configuration having monolithic circuit integration of the two single-pole double-throw switches as one semiconductor chip, two antenna terminals A1, A2, two reception terminals RE1, RE2 and one transmission terminal (common terminal) TC. The circuit configuration of two signal transmission systems 1, 2 formed to be a semiconductor chip and the chip layout are arranged in axial symmetry by using a straight line M passing through the transmission terminal TC as an axis. Thus, the length of transmission lines 10, 11, 12 is equal to the length of transmission lines 13, 14, 15 with the same structure and the signal pass characteristic of the two signal transmission systems 1, 2 of the diversity switch is made equal.
