An aluminum foil dispenser including an aluminum foil box holding a roll of aluminum foil, a base frame mounted on the aluminum foil box and having two end lugs attached to opposite side panels of the aluminum foil box, an actuating frame having two end lugs respectively pivoted to the end lugs of the base frame, and a sliding cutter moved on a longitudinal track of the actuating frame along a longitudinal slot in the base frame to cut off the aluminum foil at the desired length, wherein the base frame has two recessed portions near two opposite ends for the insertion of the fingers to pick up the leading end of the aluminum foil and two stub stop rods respectively raised from the end lugs thereof, the actuating frame has two smoothly arched guide grooves respectively formed in the mounting lugs thereof at an inner side and forced into engagement with the stub stop rod of the base frame to limit the moving angle of the actuating frame relative to the base frame.
