The electronic component equipped with electrical connections is immersed under vacuum is paraffin or melted wax. Specifically the coating is on a cadmium sulphide photo-resistance, and the temp. of the paraffin or wax approx. 100 degrees C. More specifically the paraffin or wax temp. is reduced before removing the electronic component. The latter can then be coated with lacquer by immersion, followed by vacuum drying. |
