<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load on a CPU, to shorten the occupied time of a system bus and to satisfactorily perform real-time supervisory control by storing image data in an image memory together with abnormality or state change information and storing audio data in an audio memory. SOLUTION: A CPU 1 performs the input/output of various supervisory and control data through a system bus 2 to a supervisory and control data encoder part 20 and a supervisory and control data decoder part 21 and exchanges the supervisory and control data with another multimedia transmitter through a line interface unit 39 so that remote supervisory and control can be executed. When any abnormality or state change is found out in the supervisory and control data at the supervisory and control data decoder part 21, in that case, the image data are stored from an image extend decoder part 24 through a memory control part 25 into an image memory 26 together with that abnormality or state change information. Besides, the audio data are stored through a memory control part 34 into an audio memory 35.</p> |
