PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bovine tongue processed food enabling to enjoy the good state of the bovine tongue, easily eat cooked rice contained therein and maintain the cooked rice in a good taste for a long time. SOLUTION: Bovine tongue is boiled. A part of the boiled bovine tongue is cut into thin slices, and the other is finely cut. The cut thin bovine tongue slices 5 are immersed in a seasoning solution. The finely cut bovine tongue 3 are cooked together with rice. Ingredients 2 comprising boiled Cortinellus shiitake and pickled Japanese apricot as a core is wound with the cooked bovine tongue-mixed rice 4. The bovine tongue-mixed rice 4 winding the ingredient is wound with the immersed thin bovine tongue slices 5 to wrap the rice. The bovine tongue-mixed cooked rice 4 wound with the thin bovine tongue slices 5 is further wound with plate-like tangle slices 6. |
