PURPOSE:To eliminate an input with an operator by outputting an identification code from a fixed equipment to line controller together with a restart requesting signal and setting the identification code to an internal storing means in the line control equipment. CONSTITUTION:When a power source is applied at the time of system activation, a fixed equipment 5 adds the system identification code stored to a self-station number storing part to the restart requesting signal and outputs the signal to a line controller 2. A control part 15 of the controller 2 receives this signal and sets the system identification code added to this signal into a system identification number control table 21. When the power source of the controller 2 is turned off over a constant time, the same setting as the above mentioned operation is also executed. Thus, it is not necessary for the operator to connect a terminal to the line controller 2 and to input an identification number like a conventional equipment.
