PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture cooked SHABUSHABU (sliced meats passed through hot water) of constant quality at low cost by separating and inputting pieces of meat thinly cut by a slicer (equipment for thinly cutting a thick matter) set on or adjacent to a water tank one by one to between partitioning plates, and heating them for a fixed time. SOLUTION: An equipment for thinly cutting a thick matter (slicer) 1 is set on or adjacent to a heating water tank 2, pieces of meat 3 are cut and fallen to between partitioning plates 5 of a transferring conveyor 4 in the heated water tank one by one, dipped in a heated liquid 7, and pulled above the water level according to the movement of the conveyor, whereby they are heated for a fixed time during transfer. |
