PURPOSE:To improve a space resolution without changing the pitch of an electrode plate by subtracting a signal electrode side output group and a high voltage electrode side output group, respectively, and calculating signal components for each one space among respective electrodes. CONSTITUTION:Respective outputs from a signal electrode 11 group of an ionization chamber detector XD are converted to voltage signals through an I/V converter 13A group, respectively, respective voltage signals are made to pass an integrator 14A group, thereafter, they are inputted through a multiplexer (MUX) 15A to an A/D converter 16A, and the signal electrode side output group is obtained. Respective outputs from a high voltage electrode 12 group are converted through an I/V converter 13B group to the voltage signals, respectively, respective voltage signals are made to pass an integrator 14B group, thereafter, they are inputted through a MUX 15B to an A/D converter 16B, and the high pressure electrode side output group is obtained. The high voltage electrode side output group is made to pass an insulating circuit 17, it is inputted through a MUX 18 to a signal processing unit 19 along with the signal electrode side output group, and by subtracting the signal electrode side output group and high voltage electrode side output group, respectively, the signal components for each one space among respective electrodes are calculated. |
