<p>PURPOSE:To provide a collector of process data capable of collecting a large quantity of the process data at a high speed. CONSTITUTION:An ultrahigh speed data memory 4 for classifying and collecting data in response to process change characteristics and sensor characteristics, a high speed data memory 5, an intermediate speed data memory 6 and a low speed data memory 7 are connected to a process computer provided with CPU 2 for process control and CPU 3 for data collection. Setting information transmitted from CPU 2 is stored for an electric controller 9, an instrumentation controller 10 and the like and a network memory 8 for temporarily storing them is connected thereto at the time when result values transmitted from the electric controller 9, the instrumentation controller 10 and the like are transmitted to CPU 3.</p> |
