<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a covering member from getting rickety or coming off, by holding a covering member forcedly on a lower side of a tube body with an elastic pushing means. CONSTITUTION:An upper edge part of an opening 2 of a main tube body 1 has a downward protruding locking member 21, while a lower edge part has an upward, protruding locking member 22. A cover body 3 capable of being opened or closed and mounted on the opening 2 has an upward locking groove 31 on the upper back side thereof with a larger depth to be fitted with the downward protruding locking member 21, and a downward locking groove 32 on the lower back side thereof with a smaller depth to be fitted with the upward protruding locking member 22. The cover body 3 has a pushing means on the back wall face so that the cover body 3 is pushed always downward by the pushing force caused against the reactive force of the upper inside face of the tube body 1.</p> |
