PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the normal starting of a power supply circuit device by dealing with the temporary increase of a load current generated at the time of the rising of a power supply voltage or the like. SOLUTION: This power supply circuit device is provided with a booster circuit 10 for boosting a power supply voltage Vcc up to a nearly double voltage VDB, a constant-voltage circuit 11 for regulating the boosted voltage VDB to obtain a constant voltage and a capacitive element C3 connected to the output terminal of the constant-voltage circuit 11 to supply electric power to a load circuit (a logic memory circuit) 12 at the constant voltage regulated by the constant-voltage circuit 11. Also, level shift circuits 14-1 to 14-4, a first conductivity type MOS 19, a timer circuit 16 and a latch circuit 17 are provided, and at the time of the rising of a power source voltage, the MOS 19 is turned off to once stop the supply of electric power to the load circuit 12, and after the predetermined time elapses when the timer circuit 16 is brought into the time-up state, the MOS 19 is brought into ON state to start supplying electric power to the load circuit 12. |
