<p>PURPOSE:To provide the flexible fire-resistive building board capable of bend- forming small in curvature radius. CONSTITUTION:As a woody reinforcing material, the woody fiber bundle which is made bulky by branching and/or crooking and/or bending is used, but woody fiber bundle is used together with wood chip in order to improve a dispersing property, and as the inorg. powder containing silicate to be mixed to cement, a hollow or porous powder is used, and the mixture is press-molded platelikely, and also pre-aged at 60-80 deg.C, and autoclave-aged at 140-150 deg.C which is the temp. range the bulky woody fiber bundle does not degrade.</p> |
