<p>PURPOSE:To carry out reverse piling operation of alternately reversing surface and back for a stack by one device, and save the space for device. CONSTITUTION:A sucking arm 32 is mounted on the end of a laterally moving board 25 so that the arm can be rotated by 180 deg.. The laterally moving board 25 is moved forward and backward in the lateral direction (marked by an arrow (b)) of a conveyer, on an elevation board 24. The elevation board 24 can be lifted. In a case of normal stacking operation, the sucking arm 32 is lowered from above a roller conveyer 20, and a product 1 is sucked thereby. The arm is then lifted, moves forward, and is lowered, and is put on a lifter 21 after the product is passed on. In a case of operation of a reverse stack, the sucking arm 32 is turned by 180 deg., while it is lifted from below the roller conveyer 20, and the product is sucked and retained, and after the arm is lifted, it moves forward, and is rotated by 180 deg. to reverse the product. The arm is then lowered, and is put on the lifter 2 with its position reversed after the product is passed on.</p> |
