Cement comp. comprises a mixture of Portland cement and an expanding component, pref. calcium sulphate and a constituent contg. calcium aluminates in which quicklime has been added to the expansion component. The substance contg. the calcium aluminates is hydrated with the lime prior to mixing with the other constituents.
