4-(Arylaminomethylidene)-2,4-dihydropyrazol-3-one cpds. of formula (I) (sic) and their salts are new. R1 = benzyl, 1-3C alkoxybenzyl, phenyl (opt. mono-, di- or tri-substd. with amino, acyl, halo, nitro, CN, OA, carboxyl, sulphonyl, COOA, NHCOA, NACOA, carbamoyl (opt. mono- or di-substd. by 1-6C alkyl), NHCOOA, NACOOA, SO2A, SO2NR4R5, SO2NHCOA, SO2NACOA, NHSO2A, NASO2A, N(SO2A)2, tetrazolyl or phosphonyl) or pyridyl; R2 = 1-5C alkyl, alkoxycarbonylalkyl, hydroxyalkyl or hydroxycarbonyl; R3 = H, 1-5C alkyl (opt. substd. by F or Cl), 1-5C alkoxy, aminoalkanoyl, aminoalkyl, carbamoyl, SO2NR4R5; R4, R5 = H or 1-6C alkyl; or NR4R5 = 5- or 6-membered ring opt. with other heteroatoms like N, S, O, and opt. substd. by A); A = 1-6C alkyl (opt. substd. by F or Cl). |
