Substantially dry free-flowing particles of amorphous precipitated silica having a size distribution such that at least 80 % of the weight of said particles is retained on a 150 mesh screen and at least 90 % by weight is retained on a 200 mesh screen. These particles may be in combination with additives for animal feed or rubber compositions.
