The device prevents the occurrence of corrosion due to the setting up of an electrical couple when a moulding is fixed by cramping or screwing onto a plate. The device consists of a very thin plate of any suitable shape made of flexible, non-conducting material in the centre of which is a hole. A small collar whose axis is perpendicular to the plate sticks up on side. It is cylindrical with a conical end portion. On the other side of the plate is a water rejecting collar. |
