<p>Compsns. produced by homogeneously mixing raubasine with polyethylene glycol of mean mol. wt. 4000-25000 and compressing to tablets or granules are useful in the treatment of arterial hypertension and arterial and venous circulatory disorders and give better GI-absorption of raubasine than previously used oral preparations. Further additives may be incorporated into the compsns., particularly wetting agents, whic shorten the disintegration time of the compsn. and further improve resorption, as well as additional active substances, esp. methyldigoxin or digoxin.</p> |
