PURPOSE: To provide a holder-equipped coaxial semirigid cable assembly that can be assembled automatically to a circuit board by means of an automatic assembling device using a sucking member. CONSTITUTION: A coaxial semirigid cable 2 having a conductor jacket 6 is placed on a circuit board P, and a center conductor 4 exposed from an end is radially curved to the position of a cylindrical surface extended from the surface of the conductor jacket 6, to connect the conductor jacket 6 and the center conductor 4 to a predetermined circuit on the circuit board P. Therefore, a holder 3 is attached to the conductor jacket 6 of the coaxial semirigid cable 2 by integral molding, and has at its top 3A a surface to be sucked which has a sufficient area to permit suction by the sucking member S of an automatic assembling device. |
