The device has a hollow body (12) for forming a cleaning chamber (11) for a cleaning fluid (6), which is sealingly closed by a cap (13) in which a suction element (1,2) is set. The cleaning chamber is separated from an inner space (17) of the cap, and has an opening into which projects the suction element. The inner space tapers away from the cap and the hollow body has return holes in the cleaning chamber. A peripheral seal (15) in the region of the closure (14) seals the hollow body against the cap.
