PURPOSE:To provide a light-emission display device using an LED, which is readily manufactured, can readily obtain the balance of luminance in the plane and has less deterioration in luminance with the elapse of time. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of LED chips 1 are electrically connected in the form that the chips are held between a front substrate 3, on which a front electrode 2 facing the LED chips 1 is formed, and a rear substrate 5, on which a rear electrode 4 facing the opposite surfaces of the LED chips 1 is formed. The front substrate 3 and the rear substrate 5 are fixed with bonding agent 6. In this light-emission display device, at least the front substrate 3 is the transparent plate, at least a light pickup part 7 on the upper side is a transparent electrode 8 and the transparent electrode 8 and the LED chip 1 are electrically connected with solder bumps 9. |
