PURPOSE:To arrange the circuit so that one detection signal is produced slower than the other detection signal in such a manner as to vary the time for generation of the detection signals of rows and lines and as to generate set pulses and strobe signals based on the OR output signal thereof. CONSTITUTION:When a detection signal is generated in any of contacts Y1-0- Yn-0 based on key operation, an input signal is applied to a pulse generator 3. The pulse generator 3 generates a set pulse SP after lapse of the preset time T3 from the timing at which the input signal is applied thereto. At this point of time, the detection signals generating at the connection points X1-0, Y1-0 are set respectively in temporary memory devices 1, 2. The set pulse SP is applied to a pulse generator 4, and the pulse generator 4 generates a strobe signal STB after the preset time T4. By this signal, the data of the devices 1, 2 are read out. |
