摘要

PURPOSE:To provide an information communication terminal capable of performing information transmission of high quality by using a transmission line whose transmission band is limited CONSTITUTION:This terminal is composed of a transmitter provided with a first transmission mode for transmitting encoded information without passing it through a memory 17, a second transmission mode for transmitting it through the memory 17 and a third transmission mode for encoding and transmitting a part of the information in real time without passing it through the memory 17 and transmitting the other part of the information through the memory 17 and a receiver provided with a first reception mode for receiving the information transmitted by the first transmission mode from the transmitter in real time without passing it through the memory 24, a second reception mode for receiving the information transmitted by the second transmission mode through the memory 24 and a third reception mode for receiving the information transmitted in real time among the information transmitted by the third transmission mode in real time without passing it through the memory 24 and receiving the information transmitted through the memory 17 through the memory 24.
