PURPOSE:To facilitate the mounting/dismounting of an image pick-up tube to a camera, by providing a conductive film made of a metal deposition film on a portion of the circumferential face of a signal take-out electrode on a face plate and taking out the signal from the conductive film. CONSTITUTION:A through-hole section is provided at the portion of a transparent face plate 4 coated with a photoconductive target 3 except the effective image pick-up area. A pin lead is inserted into said hole then the tip portion is connected electrically to a transparent conductive film of the photoconductive target 3 while the other end is projected to the front section of the face plate 4 then the pin lead and the hole are sealed by such as a solder glass to provide a signal take-out electrode 7. Thereafter a signal take-out section 9 made of Cr metal deposition film 8 is formed at the circumferential face section of the signal take-out electrode 7 at the front face side of the face plate 4. Consequently the signal can be taken out by only contact of a connecting terminal made of a resilient member resulting in the facilitation of the mounting/dismounting. |
