PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of this image processor by converting image data inputted in raster sequence into image data in block sequence only by using a single memory. CONSTITUTION:In order to execute raster/block conversion by a line buffer part 2, reading and writing are executed within one processing cycle. Namely reading from a certain address is executed at a certain clock, and after the lapse of a half clock, writing operation in the same address is executed. An address generating part 1 generates an address for the processing and raster/ block conversion is executed like a pipeline only by one line buffer in accordance with the address generated from the generating part 1. |
