On-off control for universal roller type transporter - has intermediate rollers interacting with drive or roller unit

The transporter is sub-divided in two-part roller sections. Above the roller transporter surface are protruding switching rollers. These rollers are positioned to selectively contact the main drive shaft or the transverse positioned transporter rollers. The intermediate roller contact surface may be angled at 45 degrees w.r.t. the drive shaft. The transporter rollers are coupled with a rope pulley system. Lever-arm action for the switching rollers enable the operator to control object placing and removal from transporter at will. The system works with greatly reduced noise levels.
