The manufacturing method improves the mechanical properties such as fracture toughness and creep resistance by providing dense and uniform microstructrue. The manufacturing method comprises: (A) preparing a mixed sol of bohemite powder(52˜76 weight percentage) and zirconia powder(40˜10 weight percentage) by adding distilled water; (B) forming a suspension by adding fine silica powder sol(8˜14 weight percentage) to the mixed sol; (C) controlling the suspension to keep pH of less than 6, and gelation; (D) filtering, drying and calcinating at 500˜700≦̸C; and (E) sintering the composite at 1600 deg.C for one to two hours.
