PURPOSE:To obtain the titled steel sheet excellent in heat resistance and film adhesiveness, while suppressing the formation of an alloyed layer at a boundary between Al and iron, by performing the step of coating an acid-pickled steel sheet with metal to coat said steel sheet with an Mn layer of specified thickness. CONSTITUTION:After a steel sheet is degreased and acid pickled at first, it is electroplated with an Mn layer of 0.01-1mum in thickness. Said plating has the effects to inhibit the blister of an Al film, to suppress the formation of an alloyed layer between Al and iron and to improve film adhesiveness. Thereafter, the aqueous liquid suspension of Al powder is applied onto one or both surfaces of the steel sheet by a bar coater or the like. The steel sheet is then dried and immediately subjected to degasifying heating-rolling or rolling-degasifying heating-rolling. Finally, it is finish annealed at about 500-600 deg.C while selecting the condition not to form an alloyed later, in order to remove work strain and to improve film adhesiveness. |
