PURPOSE:To form various electrodes with a constant interval and high accuracy between them by constituting each of electrodes by laying electrode spacer consisting of a low melting point glass compound containing a specific amount of beads on a metal plate allowing an insulating film to be formed thereon. CONSTITUTION:An insulated paste 12 is uniformly printed on a thin plate 1 of Ni-Cr-Fe system alloy, etc. which is used as electrode spacer. This insulating paste 12 forms a rigid insulating film on the surface of a thin plate 11 through the drying and baking processes after the printing. Next, a glass bead mixed low melting point glass compound 13 containing glass beads is uniformly printed on the insulating paste 12 and it is then dried up. Moreover, electrodes 15, 16 are pressed and baked to the low melting point glass compound 13. Thereby, interval between electrodes can be kept constant with high accuracy. |
