PURPOSE:To erect a fire protector when an inner casing is opened and thereby obtain a fire-protecting effect, by turnably fitting the fire protector to an opening and closing spring for the inner casing through a fitting part while energizing the protector in the direction for opening. CONSTITUTION:To fit the fire protector 5 to the opening and closing spring 40, both side pieces 40a are provided at lower parts of the tip of the spring 40, and each of the pieces 40a is provided with a bearing part 40b and a stopper 40c for stopping the protector 5 when the latter is opened. On the other hand, the protector 5 is provided with a pair of bent parts 5a at the lower side thereof, an opening part 5b is provided at an intermediate part between the bent parts 5a, and each of both side pieces 5c of the opening part 5b is provided with a bearing part 5d and a stopper 5e. The spring 40 is inserted into the opening part 5b, and a pin 7 with a coil spring 6 fitted thereover is passed between the bearing parts 40d and 5d, thereby fitting the protector 5 to the spring 40. Accordingly, when the inner casing 3 is pulled outwares, the protector 5 is erected so as to cover an outer casing 2.
