Compounds of the formula: wherein R1 represents hydrogen, chlorine or methoxy, R2 represents hydrogen, methyl or benzyl, and R3 and R4 represent hydrogen, or R3 represents methyl and R4 represents hydrogen or R3 represents hydrogen and R4 represents methyl, are new compounds useful in therapy as they possess an antianoxic activity.
