Fuel pipe joint with nozzle and stopper

The plastics joint is equipped with a nozzle (7) projecting from one side and two radial arms (17) with hooked tips (18) to hold a cover (1) in place over the nozzle to close it. The two arms are elastically deformable and lie at a distance from the nozzle sufficient to receive the cover, and the nozzle has an outer surface seal (11) which engages with the inner surface of the cover. One of the two radial arms can be made from a plastics material in one piece with the pipe, while the other can be of metal and in the shape of a section of a ring which goes over the cover.
