PURPOSE:To perform printing in such a state that ink transfer property and a transfer shape are kept extremely well and the swelling of a blanket is suppressed as low as possible, by adding a proper amount of modified oil type silicone oil to an ink composition in order to enhance the transfer property of ink to the blanket. CONSTITUTION:A minute amount of modified oil type silicone oil formed into a varnish type is added to ink containing a solvent having reduced chemical compatibility with a blanket as a main ink solvent to prepare printing ink which is, in turn, used in printing. In order to enhance the transfer property of ink, it is desirable to add, for example 0.1-1.0wt% of either one of YF3910, YF3860, YF3953, X-50-525, KS604, KS600, X-50-562H, L-7002, L-7500 and L-7604 to the solvent lowering transfer property to the blanket being a non-swellable solvent as modified oil type silicone oil. |
