PURPOSE:To easily operate for molten metal casting by spraying a lubricating oil in a plunger sleeve for die-casting machine, together with air blowing means, which is shifted and inserted mechanically, to execute a spraying lubrication. CONSTITUTION:This apparatus is consisted of main parts of swing arm 40, air cylinder 42 and spray gun 36. The swing arm 40 is freely rotated by back and forth movement of an operating piston 44 in the air cylinder 42, and the spray gun 36 is arranged at the swing arm end. The swing arm 40 is rotated and then the spray gun 36 is inserted into the inside of the plunger sleeve 30 from its sprue 34 to position the said gun in the center part of the plunger sleeve. The lubricating oil, which is sucked in an air pump beforehand, is sprayed together with air blowing. The positioning of the spray gun 30 is executed by stoppers 46, 48 and a detecting sensor for positioning. In this way the molten metal casting is easily operated and the spray gun, etc., are prevented from their damages by the molten metal. |
