PURPOSE:To improve the restoring force to the original form even though the wire is used for a severe frequency operation by covering a conductor or an insulating core wire with a bridging type elastic polymer, then heating and forming while fixing in a form extending and contracting freely, and then giving a bridging process to the polymer. CONSTITUTION:After forming a coverage of a bridging type elastic polymer over a conductor or an insulating core wire, it is fixed in a form to extend and contract freely, heated and formed, and moreover, a bridging process is executed. As the conductor or the insulating core wire, conductor consisting of copper, aluminum, their alloy, or the like ordinally, or, its stranded wire, an insulating core wire made by insulating- covering the conductor or the stranded wire, and the like are available. And as its form, not only a various kind of linear bodies of such as round type, flat type, and oval type, but also a sheet-form body, a tape-form body and other numerous sorts and types are available. To the conductor or the insulating core wire, an elastic polymer with the bridging property by itself, or with bridging property given by a bridging agent is used to cover in extrusion covering process, for example, to form a coverage layer thereover. In such a composition, an insulating wire of an excellent elastic bearability can he obtained. |
