发明名称 METHOD FOR DETERMINING CRYSTAL QUANTITY IN AMORPHOUS
摘要 PURPOSE:To shorten the required time and to obtain high accuracy by determining the crystal quantity in accordance with the ratio of the non-recoil fraction of a crystal and amorphous metal which are previously determined by using standard samples. CONSTITUTION:A 100% amorphous sample having the same structure as the structure of the amorphous metal contained in the sample to be determined is first prepd. as the standard sample. A 100% crystallized sample formed by completely crystallizing the 100% amorphous sample is prepd. as the standard sample. The spectral intensities of the 100% amorphous sample and the 100% crystallized sample which are the standard samples are measured under the conditions of the gamma rays of the same quantity, the same measurement time, the same measurement temp., and the same measurement method and the spectral intensity ratio thereof, i.e. the ration of the non-recoil fraction is determined. The sample to be subjected to the measurement of the crystal quantity is in succession irradiated with the gamma ray source in accordance with the above- mentioned measurement conditions and the spectral intensity is measured. The spectral are separated to the amorphous spectrum and the crystal spectrum from the resultant spectral intensity and the respective spectral intensities are obtd. The crystal quantity is determined by the prescribed equation using these spectral intensity.
