PURPOSE:To permit the elevation and descending of an anemo-chamber simply and improve working efficiency by a method wherein a grip for attaching a suspending root and another grip for an instrument are attached so as to be operated in one touch with respect to a string. CONSTITUTION:The downward movement of a string or a wire 11, for example, is regulated but the movement into a reverse direction is permitted. The wire 11 is inserted into a grip 12 for attaching suspending root and the grip 12 is attached to an insert 2 or the like laid in the slub 1 or the like of a building. Another grip 15 for instrument is attached to an anemo-chamber 4 and is inserted into a grip for wire instrument to suspend the anemo-chamber 4 preliminary. Subsequently, the anemo-chamber 4 is connected to a flexible duct 9 and the hook 29 of the grip 15 for instrument, for example, is pulled down to move a sliding piece 22 against a spring 23 and release retension between balls 27 and the wire 11, then, the anemo-chamber 4 is pulled down to the vicinity of an opening 10 provided at the predetermined air outlet position of a ceiling finishing board 6 to attach the air outlet port 17. |
