PURPOSE:To obtain easily the above transparent thin film piece with an arbitrary shape and dimension by a method wherein a releasing layer is provided on a base film and then, a transparent synthetic resin coating film layer is provided thereon and if necessary, cracks are formed thereon and blade apexes are brought into press- contact with this rear face and the blade apexes are slided while the film is folded into acute angle by means of the press-contacted parts and transparent synthetic resin coating film layer is peeled down thereby from the base film as thin film pieces. CONSTITUTION:A release layer 2 is provided on a base film 1 by means of printing or coating. A transparent synthetic resin coating layer 3 is provided on the release layer 2. Then, by pressing a mold 5 wherein if necessary, a pattern with required shape and dimension is constituted from the upper side of the transparent synthetic resin coating layer 3, a transparent thin film-formed film 7 wherein cracks 6 are provided on the transparent synthetic resin coating layer 3 or up to the releasing layer 2, is prepd. To obtain transparent thin film pieces 8 from the transparent thin film-formed film 4 like this or the transparent thin film-formed film wherein cracks 6 are formed, apexes of blades 9 of a body having blade apexes are brought into press-contact with the rear face of the film 4 or 7 in the width direction of the film and the press-contacted part is slide while the film 4 or 7 is folded in an acute angle thereby. |
