摘要 PURPOSE:To enable the robot handle of a parts inserting device to catch the leads of parts by changing the interval between the tops of a pair of supporting members, interlocking with the elevation of a catching mechanism, and protruding the catching mechanism upward from the space. CONSTITUTION:The parts 1 fed top the top of a chute 7 are sent onto supporting members 10 and 11, where being guided by a gap 12 communicated with a groove 8 and supporting members 13 and 14, and are stopped with the leading end of the lead 1b contacting with a stopper 19. After catching the leading end of the lead 1b with the catch 18 of a finger 17, a catching mechanism 15 is elevated with a cylinder mechanism 21, whereupon a chuck 16 abuts on supporting members 10 and 121, and rocks the supporting members 10 and 11, and opens the space 12, and the finger 17, which is catching the top of the lead 1b of the part 1, projects upward from the gap 12. And the robot hand 25 of a part inserting device catches the base side of the lead 1b, and then it opens the chuck 16, and releases the catch of the finger 17, whereby the part 1 is delivered to the part inserting device.
