PURPOSE:To prepare a patient card just by adding a card preparing device by transmitting patient information or data inputted in an IDT to the card preparing device, and preparing the card. CONSTITUTION:An ID(identification) terminal (IDT) 1 is connected to a picture reader 2, and the picture reader 2 is connected to a picture recorder 3. To the IDT 1, a magnetic card reader/writer 4 is connected as the card preparing device preparing the patient card. Before photographing to record the radiograph information of a patient in a stimulative phosphor sheet, in case registering photographing information, when the patient card is loaded into a main device, a card information reading means reads out the patient information. And by inputting the data of the photographing information and the like necessary for registering ID information from an input means, and by storing them in a storage means, the ID information is registered. On the other hand, a control means transmits the inputted data or the patient information to a card preparing device 4. Thus, without using other devices besides the card reader/writer, the patient card can be prepared. |
