PURPOSE:To suppress the increment of delay time due to fluctuation absorption by performing the re-setting control of a write address to be applied from a write control part to memory based on a decision result by a delay decision part. CONSTITUTION:The number of reception cells is counted by a reception cell counter 4, and it is decided whether or not the delay time of the reception cell, when the prescribed number of reception cells is received, is within the range of delay fluctuation absorption by the delay decision part 5. when it is in the outside of the range of delay fluctuation absorption, or when it approaches the upper limit of the delay fluctuation absorption, the write address to be added on the memory 1 from the write control part 2 is set so as to process the delay time as the one with high minimum absolute delay time. In such a manner it is possible to suppress the increment of the delay time due to the fluctuation absorption. |
