PURPOSE:To replace an exciting lamp in a covered state and to prevent contamination of other optical system due to contact with outer air, gas by externally exposed in a protrusion manner in a state that a lid of an oscillation unit containing therein a laser rod, the lamp, a light collector is enclosed by a cover, and so inserting an annular sealer into the unit so as to surround the lid to the enclosed cover. CONSTITUTION:An oscillation unit 2 has a casing 11, and a lid 16 sealingly openable through an O-ring 15. The casing 11 is provided with a protrusion so as to surround the lid 16, and a flange is extended externally of the protrusion. A looplike groove is cut on the upper surface of the flange, an O-ring 17 is inserted into the groove, and secured. On the other hand, the cover 7 is formed with a recess substantially at the center, and the protrusion of the casing 11 is engaged with the outer periphery of a hollow part opened in the bottom of the recess. Further, the lower surface of the recess is formed in press-contact with the upper surface of the flange of the casing 11 through the ring 17. An auxiliary cover 8 with a grip is detachably mounted so as to cover the recess of the cover 7. |
