In picture memory control device for writing/reading simultaneously, a synchronizing divider circuit outputs the horizontal and vertical synchronizing signal divided fromthe video signals for main and sub-picture among the TV signals. The circuit (5) discriminates the passing state by reading the vertical synchronizing signal phase among the two video signals discriminted from the odd/even number discriminating circuit (2). In the case of no passing, the sub-picture is recorded at a even number field memory when the sub-picture is even field. The sub-picture signal recorded at the even/odd field memory (9,10) is outputted through the digital/analog converter (13). |
