PURPOSE:To obtain a ceramic dielectric material enabling to widen a sinterable composition range and enlarge the selection width of dielectric constant. CONSTITUTION:Powdery raw materials are weighed so as to give a composition of MgxCayTi2-x-yO3, mixed with each other, and subsequently calcined. The obtained calcination product is again ground, while La2O3 is added in a prescribed amount (5-20wt.%) as a sintering auxiliary. The ground powder is granulated in the presence of a binder, molded into a prescribed shape, subjected to the removal of the binder, and subsequently sintered to produce the ceramic dielectric material. Thus, perfect sintering was confirmed at all points of the figure. Namely, the sintering can perfectly be performed even in the hatched region alpha in which the sintering has been impossible. The sintering is possible also in the voided region beta in which the sintering has been possible. |
