PURPOSE:To obtain safely and assuredly processed konjak (devil's tongue) cookable so as to contain a seasoning sufficiently. CONSTITUTION:On both sides of the konjak body 2 with rectangular parallelopiped outer shape, both longitudinal and lateral slits 22, 23 are provided to form side leg pieces 4. These side leg pieces 4 themselves not only play a decorative role but also make the konjak nonviscid; and the contact area of the konjak with a seasoning to be used in its cooling can be enlarge owing to these side leg pieces 4, thus the objective konjak with high penetrability of a seasoning is obtained safely and assuredly. |
