PURPOSE:To enable an expert to consult a user side trouble by sending information indicating the system status of a user side system to an expert side system. CONSTITUTION:This consultation system is constituted of the user side system 1, the expert side system 3 and a connecting device 2 for connecting both the systems 1, 3. When a trouble or the like is generated in a software package on the user side, the user transfers the status of an output device 12 from a status memory 14 to a user status memory on the expert side and the same information as the user side is displayed on an output device 33 to consult the user status. While observing the display, the expert inputs data for solving the trouble from an input device 34. The data are transferred to a user side output memory 13 through an input memory 32 to solve the user side trouble. |
