PURPOSE:To smoothly proceed a video conference by sending document information data or still picture information data or the like to a destination terminal equipment in a simple operation by overlapping a window pattern of information data onto a window pattern of motion picture information data of the destination terminal equipment and sending the resulting data to the destination terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION:On the start of a video conference, when a concerned terminal station is connected to a destination terminal station via an ISDN 24, motion picture information data of the destination and the concerned terminal stations are displayed on a monitor 2 of the concerned terminal station as window patterns 32,33 respectively by a window pattern display means of a CODEC section 7. Simultaneously other information data such as a document file, a still picture file or its synthesis file or the like generated by the concerned terminal station are displayed on a window pattern 34 of the monitor 2 of the concerned terminal station by a display means of the CODEC display section 7. Simultaneously other information data generated by the concerned terminal station are displayed on the window pattern 34. The pattern 34 is dragged by the operation of a mouse or the like and overlapped on the window pattern 32 displaying data of the destination terminal station and the result is sent to the destination terminal station by a transmission means of the CODEC section 7. |
