PURPOSE:To completely seal a physiologically active material which is physicochemically unstable and has bad odor or bitter taste, and thereby, to avoid bad feeling for taking medicine, by sealing the physiologically active material in a shell comprising calcium and edible fixing agent to form fine particles. CONSTITUTION:Fine particles are produced by sealing a physiologically active material used as a medicine or healthy food in a shell comprising calcium and edible fixing agent. In this method, the edible filing agent is at least one material selected from milk protein and arginic acid. The shell may contain another edible and acid-resistant second fixing agent. As for the second fixing agent, at least two kinds selected from gelatin, carageenan, glucomannan, juran gum and locust bean gum are combined and used. In the production process, calcium, edible fixing agent and physiologically active material are added in water and fast stirred to seal the core material in the shell. Then the obtd. fine particles are dried. |
