PURPOSE:To enable the translation with unified terms by storing the position information in the original sentence with the extracted unregistered word in the translation processing and reduce the burden of checking the translation of unregistered word in the post-edition on process. CONSTITUTION:A translation part 3 is provided with a means extracting unregistered words and a means adding the unregistered word information. When the original sentence inputted from an input part 1 such as keyboard is translated and outputted by a dictionary database 7 for translation, unregistered words are extracted from the original sentence. In this case, unregistered word information (original sentence and the name of the file of translated sentence) including the position information in the original sentence adds to the unregistered words of the translation part 3, which are stored in a storage part 8 as a list of unregistered word. Thus, the information required for checking the translation of unregistered word can be glanced at once in the edition processing and the correction of translated sentence and unregistered words can be smoothly performed. |
