PURPOSE:To smoothly move a shaft even when the working precisions of the outer cylinder, ball and shaft of a rolling bearing are lowered. CONSTITUTION:When an outer cylinder 35 is pressed by a spring 37, a slit 47 is closed to close the outer cylinder 35 according to the dimensions of a closing ball 34 and a suction nozzle 14, and a ball 34 is fitted thereto with a proper pressure to smoothly move the suction nozzle 14 to the outer cylinder 35. Therefore, it is not required to enhance the precision of each part for working. |
